Russ Goos - Lead Guitar

Heavily influenced by his rock heros in Mötley Crüe, Van Halen, Metallica and many other greats, Russ picked up rock guitar at age 13 and hasn't put it down since.  He connected with Mahnomen's best hard rock gurus and went on to glory & fame with the unforgettable bands Big Trouble and Ditch Pigs.  Together, the rock tour-de-force blew the roofs off such legendary venues as the Bejou and Twin Valley Community Centers and the Mahnomen High School Auditorium!!  After experiencing wild rock success in high school, there was only one place to go... the Midwest's rock-n-roll educational mecca... Moorhead State's Music Industry program.  Rocking and recording day & night brought new levels of rock-n-roll preparedness.
Testing his mettle through Rock Camp For Dads, Russ landed the Mötel Sixx gig as lead guitarist and the rest is history in the making.  Mötel Sixx rocks to keep the memory of Mötley Crüe alive!  Rock will never die!  LONG LIVE THE MEMORY OF MÖTLEY CRÜE!

Favorite Crue Song:  This is a tough question, I love most Crüe songs!  I'd have to say that my favorite Mötley Crüe song is Wild Side - that song rocks!  The lyrics paint such a graphic visual and it has a groove like no other.

Favorite Crue song to play live:  Kickstart My Heart!  Because the audience digs it and because I get to rev my guitar like a Harley!

Favorite Performance of Motel Sixx:  There are many, but if I have to choose only one it is that moment live when we are just starting to rip into Shout At The Devil because the adrenaline is PUMPING and I can't believe how lucky we are to be together on stage again!  Rock-N-Roll!   \m/
